Australian bricks and mortar and online retailers are vying for competition in this year’s Choice Awards, the results of which will be announced on Thursday.
Among the bricks and mortar retailers are MYER, David Jones and Bunnings, all of whom have been nominated for the gong, which will be judged by more than 2000 people.
Members of Choice have been asked to score the retailers according to value for money, range, product knowledge and after-sales service.
Last year JB Hi Fi and Harvey Norman were beaten to the post by The Good Guys.
Among the online retailers that have been nominated are Apple, eBay and Amazon.
Other awards include Best TV Brand, contested by Sony, Samsung and Panasonic and Best Washing Machine Brand which is up for grabs by Asko, Bosch and Miele.
