Asus’ Zenbook is one of the most charismatic pieces of computing produced yet. Although the culmination of its hard-core innards and stunning aesthetics comes with a matching $1,400 price tag, putting the wonderful package just beyond the reach of some potential buyers.

Asus has responded with a cheaper introductory model. The new 11.6 inch Ultrabook features an Intel Core i3 processor that clocks 1.4GHz, the same 4GB DDR3 RAM as its beefier 13″ siblings, 5 hours of battery life and Asus’ stunning casing accessories.
Compared to Toshiba and Acer’s offering, Asus’ Zenbook is by far the most attractive, proving the only true rival to Apple’s MacBook Air on the aesthetic front.
The introductory Zenbook is available now from leading retailers with a recommended retail price of $1,099.
