ASUS has announced it’ll be bringing its VivoBook 14 and VivoBook S15 laptops to the Australian market.
The 14-inch VivoBook 14 comes powered by up to the latest Intel i7 processor with up to 16GB of DDR4 RAM. There’s even an optional NVIDIA GeForce 940MX graphics that can be bought as an add-on to ensure smooth visuals and a great gaming experience.
ASUS say that “fitting a 14” 1920×1080 Full HD display into a frame size no larger than that of a 13” laptop was not an easy achievement. However, the ultrathin bezel of the NanoEdge display on the VivoBook 14 makes it possible. With the 7.8mm thin bezel on the NanoEdge display, the VivoBook 14 has an incredible 78% screen-to-body ratio, so you get more screen real estate for further immersive viewing.”
Meanwhile, the 15.6-inch VivoBook S15 is said to be a perfect match “for those constantly on the go.” ASUS say it easily fits into a messenger bag or backpack and has a comfortable ergonomic keyboard with white backlighting and an integrated fingerprint sensor for extra security. It even arrives with an attractive Icicle Gold metallic finish for a premium look.
Spec-wise, the VivoBook S15 comes with a 7th Gen Intel Core i7-7500U processor, up to 16GB of DDR4 2133Hz memory and an optional NVIDIA GeForce 940MX graphics card.
The VivoBook S15 also has dual storage drives, pairing upn a 1TB hard disk and a 256GB SSD.
The ASUS VivoBook 14 is available now in Australia from the ASUS Shop and select channel partners starting at $1099. The ASUS VivoBook S15 is available through the same channels for $1,599 AU.
