Upstart audio brand 1More is set to make the jump from the US market to the Australian one, with a range of four headphones that promise to combine audiophile-grade specs with everyday pricing.
Said to be in talks for distribution across both the specialist and retail channel, 1More are aiming to roll out their debut headphone range locally from August under the guidance of Sonos / nonda veterans Trevor Rooney and Leisha Golby.
Leading the range are the 1More Triple Driver In-Ear headphones. Available in both standard 3.5mm and Lightning cable models, they promise to leverage a pair of balanced armatures alongside a more dynamic driver to accomplish the best sound possible.
1More even say that Grammy award-winner Luca Brignardi has helped had a hand in tuning the range to deliver the best playback to customers.
They come accompanied by the Quad-Driver In-Ear headphones, which up the number of balanced armatures to three, and the iBFree Bluetooth earphones, which promise eight hours of playback but drop things down to a single titanium driver.
Finally, there’s the the Triple Driver Over-Ear headphones. Embodying the best the brand has to offer, the headphones include a titanium driver, ceramic tweeter and passive radiator in each earpiece.
1More say they “deliver an extremely accurate and powerful listening experience” and “allow for comfortable all day wear.”
The 1More iBFree wireless earphones will retail for $99, the Triple Driver In-Ear headphones will arrive at $179, the Lightning version lands a little higher at $199 and the Quad Driver In-Ear hits a $329 price-point.
Lastly, the Triple Driver Over-Ear headphones cap out the range at $349.
