While clunky iPod docks saturate the market, Divoom brings out an mp3 player accessory that is for once, actually as portable as the music device it attaches to.

The iTour-20 is an upgrade on the iTour-10, taking all the best parts of the original like the petite frame, rechargeable battery and numerous connections and beefed the tiny package up with an audio upgrade.
At a tiny 50 x 50 x 50 x 35mm spherical size with a 36mm speaker, the rechargeable speaker holds its own surprisingly well in sound performance, delivering clear mid- and high-range tones with a good level of bass that rounds out the sound to make music sound smooth and loud. At higher volumes it starts to hit a bit of interference, but when you twist open the ball-shaped speaker the sound is drastically improved (while looking a little bit funky, too). While it isn’t stunning audio by any means, for its size it whops a fair punch.
The mini-speaker is designed for all portable music players with the standard 3.5mm audio jack, along with extensions for mobiles including a Nokia, Sony Ericsson and Samsung connection cable. The speaker recharges simply with a USB cable and indicates its charge status via small LED.
The i-Tour 20 currently goes for an RRP of $34.99 and can be purchased online through Divoom’s Australian distributor, Technology Traders.
