Clean, pure water free of chlorine, minerals and micro particles is essential to ensure food and drinks achieve optimum taste and that the performance of kitchen equipment is not adversely affected.
Water can contain many off-tastes caused by contaminants from chlorine to bacteria. Introducing untreated tap water into soups, sauces and even steamed rice can affect the nuances of cooking. Depending on its source, unfiltered water used in food preparation can leave a bitter or metallic after-taste on the palate.
The first product offering in the range is the MRS-350 Reverse Osmosis System, which provides high-quality filtration and volume of output necessary to meet the needs of a busy kitchen. The system removes dirt, particulates and dissolved minerals, eliminates chlorine taste and odour.
