Forget downloading movies illegally – BigPond is about to offer its customers a free movie or TV episode to download each week.

The BigPond Movies Downloads service allows movies to be rented and downloaded, with high-speed broadband connections able to instantly view films. Slower connections can begin progressively watching the movie after 10 per cent has downloaded.
Anyone can join BigPond Movies, however only BigPond broadband customers are able to download and view movies without affecting their monthly usage allowance.The offer begins from February 9, 2009 and ends on May 11, 2009.
