Sharing a portable charger often means passing it back and forth, but Nimble is aiming to change that with a new design revealed at CES 2026. The company has introduced the Champ Stack 10K, a power bank that separates into two independent units so two people can charge their phones at the same time without staying connected to each other.
At first glance, the Champ Stack 10K resembles a typical 10,000mAh battery pack, complete with a built-in USB-C cable. Its defining feature is hidden inside. The device is engineered to divide safely into two 5,000mAh mini power banks, each capable of operating on its own once detached.
Nimble has built practicality into both halves. One section retains the integrated USB-C cable, while the other includes a fold-out USB-C connector, removing the need for extra cables. This setup allows each user to plug in immediately and move freely, making it useful for travel, crowded events or everyday situations where multiple devices need power.

Each half is designed to deliver enough capacity to recharge a flat smartphone, which should cover most modern handsets. While charging speeds are not at the top end of the market, they are adequate for phones and smaller devices. The full unit supports charging up to 30W, while each separated half delivers up to 20W.
Nimble expects the Champ Stack 10K to launch in spring 2026, with an estimated price of about $A80. Although it sits at the higher end of the portable charger market, the added flexibility may appeal to users who frequently share power or carry multiple devices.
By addressing a common frustration with a straightforward mechanical solution, Nimble’s split power bank stands out among more conventional designs. It is a small change to a familiar product, but one that could make shared charging far less inconvenient.
