More than 24 hours after a High Court ruling in favour of IceTV Consolidated Media Holdings has finally acknowledge the electronic program Companies win, against Channel Nine a subsidiary of the CMH group.
The story which appeared on apcmag.com and dated the 23 April 2009 at 2:00 PM came 18 hours after ChannelNews exposed the lack of coverage by CMH journalists of the landmark decision.
