Two new Windows 8.1 based HP ENVY x2 detachable PCs – notebook/ tablet hybrid latest-generation Intel Core M processor, BeatsAudio and backlit Bluetooth keyboard and Rapid WiFi.
The 13.3-inch HP ENVY x2 starts at $1,099. The 15.6-inch HP ENVY x2 is $1,299, both available in Australia from October.
Storage wise, there’s 500GB hybrid hard drive storage in the tablet on the 15-inch or up to 512GB of SSD on the HP ENVY x2 13-inch.
The new HP Pavilion x2 detachable 10″ Windows 8.1 tablet-notebook hybrid, starts at $499, with a detachable dual-purpose keyboard/cover that serves as a multi-position stand.

Inside is an Intel Atom processor, front speakers and a battery that last over 11.5 hours. Its available this month.
Two new colourful HP Chromebooks have also been released running Chrome OS that come in 11-inch and 14 inch HD screens, starting at $399.

Both come with 100GB of Google Drive cloud storage for two years, Google apps and split second boot up time.
The 11-inch has the latest Intel Celeraon processor, and comes in Ocean Turquoise or Snow White colours.
The 14″ has a Full HD screen, NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor for excellent graphics performance and there’s battery life of over 8 hours on both Chromebooks. The 14″ is available in Smoke Silver or Sorbet Orange on sale in Australia from October.
