Logitech G has released its first gaming speaker with intuitive RGB lights and sound. The G560 PC Gaming Speaker ($279.95) joins the new G512 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard ($179.95), which also features ‘LIGHTSYNC’ RGB.
Logitech G claims the products are “purpose-built” for gamers, synchronising RGB lights and sound to gameplay via LIGHTSYNC™.
The speaker’s LIGHTSYNC tech also supports non-gaming video and music for added versatility.
Ujesh Desai, Logitech Gaming VP and GM, asserts products are designed to compliment Logitech’s ‘G502’ gaming mouse, for a fully immersive gaming experience.
Mr Desai affirms LIGHTSYNC technology offers “real intelligence” to RGB lighting, synchronising audio and lighting to on-screen gameplay.
As such, the new G560 aims to be Logitech G’s most immersive PC gaming speaker system yet.
The G560 delivers 240 Watts Peak/120 Watts RMS power for robust 3D audio with DTS:X® Ultra 1.0 for in-game positional audio.
With multiple connection points – e.g. Bluetooth, 3.5mm and USB – the G560 offers customisation across 16.8 million colours and four lighting zones.
Users can switch through connected devices (e.g. PC and smartphone) via Logitech’s Easy-Switch technology.

The new G512 claims to take Logitech’s award-winning keyboards to the ‘next level’, with new LIGHTSYNC support.
The keyboard is available in two Romer-G mechanical key switch versions – Romer-G Tactile and Romer-G Linea.
Logitech claims the G512 actuates 25% faster than leading competitors (low-force 45g actuation) coupled with an anodised and brushed aircraft-grade 5052 aluminum top.
