New 3D Gaming Monitor; No Need For Glasses

3D Motion Monitors have stereoscopic displays that allow viewers to see a genuine three dimensional ‘pop out’ of images directly from the LCD monitor, a technology that does away with the need for 3D glasses.

A visual revolution is starting in Australia with 3D technology opening up new possibilities in advertising, video games, movies, digital displays and interactive entertainment industries. As part of the launch, 3D Motion in conjunction with the grand opening of Beyond Gaming and Internet is making accessible 3D monitors for to public experience first time and functioning currently as a technology showroom right in the heart of Sydney.

Games that are enabled for 3D Motion monitors are Call of Duty 2, Counterstrike: Source, Half-Life 2: Deathmatch, Moorhuhn Kart 3, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, Need for Speed: Underground 2, Transformers – The Game, Unreal Tournament 2003, Unreal Tournament 2004 and World of Warcraft.

The monitor technology is based around a globally patented German 4-Views or 6 Views Parallax Barrier over the LCD monitor combined with 3D VM software and applications to project rich media content into 3D. The result is a 3D representation with just the naked eye without the need for 3D glasses.
