Samsung has introduced the Galaxy Tab A9+, which not only has the largest screen of any Galaxy A series tablet at 11-inches, but a 90Hz refresh rate, and immersive Quad speakers sound powered by Dolby Atmos.
The new Tab A9+ also has the largest memory and storage available on a Galaxy Tab A series device, which is helpful for users either using the device for work or play.
Samsung claims that the connectivity of the Tab A9+ has been enhanced to 5G for all users to stream a variety of content and in terms of device connectivity, the Galaxy Tab A+ supports seamless connectivity across compatible Samsung Galaxy devices.
Samsung also says it delivers premium features at a reasonable price compared to other Tab’s like the Galaxy Tab S9 FE priced at $799.
The Galaxy Tab A9+ also has Samsung DeX, which is a multi-active window permitting up to three split-screens to maximise the ability to do more at once.
A Screen Recorder can also be enabled by users who can then refer back to information or inspiration later.
As for the security aspect of the new device, the Galaxy Tab A+ series uses Samsung Knox, a multi-layered security platform featuring a Security & Privacy Dashboard allowing users to control their data.
The tablet is also set up to cater to impressionable minds with Samsung Galaxy’s ‘Edutainment’ made for broadening their minds and also Samsung Kids, which empowers parents to feel secure about the content their children watch. The feature allows for parents to monitor and control children’s digital activities, access settings, create child profiles, set playtime and monitor the content that children are consuming.
The Galaxy Tab A9+ starts from $379 and will be available in Australia in November from Samsung.com/au and select retail partners. Complete pricing of the Galaxy Tab A9+ SKUs is available below.
