Nintendo is offering Australian fans the chance to star in the next Mario Kart Wii TV Commercial, which is to be shot in two locations in Melbourne and Sydney.
The games specialist is looking for groups of family and friends to practise their Mario Kart Wii moves, which will be filmed by its camera crews between 9 – 17 April at EB Games stores in Melbourne and Sydney.
The camera crews will be filming the Mario Kart Wii action everyday between 10am and 5pm. Groups of four will have the best chance of making the cut in the final TV commercial, says the company.
Mario Kart Wii was released in April 2008 and remains one of the most popular games available on the console, according to Nintendo.
It challenges up to four players who race each other through a variety of tracks. Players can also compete with mario Kart Wii owners from other parts of the world, using the Nintendo Wi-Fi connection.
Watch out for the film crews at EB Games, 67 Swanston Street in Melbourne, and EB Games Broadway at 76-81 Bay Street in Ultimo, in Sydney.
