Rumours out of Europe suggest that Nokia are finally about to launch its smartphone that is set to rival HTC’s Touch Diamond, Apple’s iPhone and Samsung’s Omnia.According to Reuters the Finnish company is holding a special event on Thursday (European time), which will be where their Tube touch phone will be released. Little is known about the unit other than it will support DVB-H mobile TV broadcasts, a wi-fi connection, and is thought to be the main vehicle for Comes With Music service.
How much of the market it will take from the already saturated smart phone scene will probably come down to features and price. It is not know at this stage when the unit will be available in Australia.
