HP has launched the Elite Dragonfly, which delivers professional-grade performance alongside a sleek aesthetic.
When the company first launched the laptop, it boasted the product would be ‘lighter than air,’ which is notably not a marketing hyperbole – the Elite Dragonfly is extremely light.
Weighing in at just 2.2 pounds – just shy of a kilogram – the laptop still packs a powerful performance punch.
‘Starting under 1kg15, the HP Elite Dragonfly gives a new level of freedom to those on the go,’ the company site boasts.
‘Work from anywhere with extended battery life. Stay connected with optional gigabit-class 4G LTE4a and gigabit-speed Wi-Fi 64b.’
Although the laptop, which can also be used as a tablet due to its touch screen capabilities, is part of HP’s enterprise-focused Elite line, the Dragonfly is also targeted at business professionals, who demand performance and speed.
The Elite Dragonfly is well-suited for business with its own HP Privacy Camera that comes equipped with its own shutter, an integrated privacy screen which blocks prying eyes with reflective qualities and finally, a Multi-Factor Authenticate Gen3, which requires fingerprints and facial recognition technology to keep out nasty intruders.
The laptop comes with its own rechargeable pen and an ultra-quiet keyboard, alongside an 8th Gen Intel Core vPro processor.
The HP Elite Dragonfly is available for purchase in a navy-blue finish online or at select retailers for $2,770.
