D-Link ANZ has added two new cameras to its Vigilance lineup: the 5MP outdoor mini bullet camera (DCS-4705E), and the 5MP outdoor dome camera (DCS-4605EV). Available now for $495.95 each.
Both cameras feature IP66 rated waterproof housing to withstand heavy rainfall and temperatures ranging from -30⁰C to +50°C.
D-Link has also equipped the DCS-4605EV dome camera with an IK10 “vandal-proof housing” for added security.
Both cameras include PoE support which allows for placement in a myriad of locations without the need for additional power cabling or sockets.
The new Vigilance cameras feature 5MP cameras and resolutions up to 2560 x 1920, promising to capture even the smallest detail “from faces to number plates.”
D-Link is adding support for the latest H.265 High-Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) standard which maximises network bandwidth for improved quality.
Captured audio and video quality are also enhanced with the addition of 3D noise reduction (3DNR) and wide dynamic range (WDR).
D-Link promises effective video quality in all lighting conditions with the cameras’ IR LEDs and automatic IR-Cut filter.
