Following its launch in Sydney, Fisher & Paykel has taken its kitchen exhibit – affectionately known as Ironside – on the road for a national tour.Ironside is a showcase of Fisher & Paykels new premium range of Izona kitchen appliances within a converted shipping container, which has been re-configured and custom-fitted by leading Sydney architect, Tony Camilleri.
Last weekend Ironside took centre-stage at the entrance to Space Furniture, Fortitude Valley at Brisbane in Design, which was attended by over 4,000 architecture and design professionals.
Brisbane’s architects and designers had a further opportunity to view Ironside and the Izona range,at Harvey Norman Commercial, Burnside Road, Stapylton.
“Ironside is part of the company’s ongoing strategy to target the architectural and design fraternity, foodies and other kitchen-design influencers ahead of our regular consumer,” said F&P’s National Marketing Manager Peter Russell. “The response to the project has been universally positive and we are delighted they are embracing this ground breaking design concept, and the revolutionary appliances.”
