Hisense Australia, the local branch of a Chinese TV, appliance and mobile company, is releasing four new series of TVs next month including a 3D variety model.Integrating contemporary Smart TV and 3D technology into a more affordable package with its line-up of LED backlit TVs, Hisense is looking to undercut the bigger, and more established brands.
The K16 Series comes in five models, with the range spanning 19- ($299), 24- ($449), 26- ($549), 32- ($599) and 42-inch ($999) full HD panels.
The K26 Series features three ‘Micro-Frame’ models that are laden with more features than the K16 Series. It comes in a 32-, 40- and 46-inch variety, with the 40 and 46 sizes running at 100Hz.
The T39 Series is the premium 3D grouping that comes in a 55-inch package with a 200Hz refresh rate, Smart TV functions like web browsing and Facebook access. It is also DLNA certified and has a USB PVR recording function.
The V78 Series comprises Hinsense’s pure LCD line-up, featuring a 24- ($369), 26- ($469), 32- ($549) and 40-inch ($799) full HD flatscreen models.
