Logitech has issued a product recall for its power adapter, which may cause electric shocks.

“As a leading worldwide manufacturer of personal peripherals, Logitech prides itself on supplying quality products. We have identified a potential defect in one of our products and we are conducting a voluntary recall in the best interest of our customers,” said the company on its recall notice.
The affected adapters are used for the Pure-Fi Anytime alarm clock iPod dock with date-codes 0924, 0926, 0928, 0929, 0932. According to Logitech, the plastic housing of the power adaptor may come loose exposing internal circuits, causing electric shocks.
If your adapter is the same as the ones listed, users are advised to contact customer support at 1800 025 544 for replacement.
