Microsoft’s Surface Laptop 4 will arrive in a fortnight, according to data leaked to German publication winfuture.de, who have also revealed price points and specs.
Surface Laptop 4 will be available on April 27, and will be available in both 13.3 inch and 15-inch models. There will be two processors: Intel’s 11th Generation ‘Tiger Lake’ processors, and AMD Ryzen 4000 chips. Physically, the Surface 4 will look exactly the same as its previous model.
Pricewise, the 13 inch version will be roughly $1,800 AUD, with a Ryzen 5 chip, 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.
The 15-inch model will set consumers back approximately $2,340, and will be equipped with a Ryzen 7 processor, 8GB RAM and 256 GB of storage.
It is not known whether Microsoft will host an event to unveil the new machines, but given the tight timeframe, an announcement is expected soon.
Microsoft posted a video teaser yesterday, telling people to “stay tuned” for “more to come”, while highlighting the past Surface products.
