The latest iPod sound system to hit Aussie shores is the OmniVibe iPod dock by Canadian company Mirage. The new dock works with any mp3 player and features 360 degree sound, the company says.
The OmniVibe uses Mirage’s patented Ominipolar technology which claims to disperse the highest quality sound in a complete 360 degree pattern, creating “audiophile sound quality.”
With 20 watts RMS per channel, the dock features a 3.5mm jack to allow you to plug in any video or audio player apart from all iPod models. It also lets you charge your iPod while it’s docked and and comes with a remote control.
It also features a USB interface to hook up to your PC, so you can use it as your PC speaker.
