Razer have refined their Hammerhead in-ear headphones offering with a pair of new models, one specifically for iPhone users.
The new Razer Hammerhead BT is powered by Bluetooth 4.1 and Qualcomm’s aptX® codec for low-latency, high-quality audio.
Razer say it’ll deliver both “uninterrupted listening” and a battery life of up to eight hours on a single charge.
The other half of the equation is the iOS variant, which feature a Lightning Cable Connector and trasmit audio over more-traditional DAC.
There’s also a Razer Hammerhead iOS companion app in the picture, which promises to allow users to personalize listening experiences with customizable or pre-configured equalizer settings.
“The Razer Hammerhead line of in-ear headphones and headsets are lauded for their big sound in a highly portable form factor,” says Min-Liang Tan, Razer co-founder and CEO.
“We are excited to expand our Hammerhead audio experience with a Bluetooth wireless option for increased mobility and a Lightning Connector version for iOS device users.”
The Razer Hammerhead in-ear headphones are available now (via Razer’s own online store and retailers) at an RRP of $169.90
