Rdio is looking to further broaden its reach via a partnership with Harvey Norman, with the two teaming up to promote the benefits of Rdio’s music streaming service and connected home audio systems.As part of the promotion, customers who purchase any compatible connected home audio system from Harvey Norman will receive three months complimentary access to Rdio’s Unlimited offering.
Staff across 186 Harvey Norman stores trained as official Rdio ambassadors will educate customers on the music streaming service and demonstrate the benefits of connected home audio systems using Rdio’s music catalogue, containing over 35 million songs.
Harvey Norman has also worked with Rdio to create an official profile, containing playlists and stations curated by Harvey Norman specifically for its customers.
