The touch screen tab named Puccini will be high spec, running Android Honeycomb 3.0.1 and powered by a Qualcomm MSM8660 1.5GHz processor, and is rumoured to be one of hte first 4G LTE tabs.
The Android tab will also come with a capacitive touch pen and “will [be] supporting both resistive and capacitive touch technologies” according to Digitimes.
Borrowing its name from the famous Italian composer, Puccini which was already rumoured to be in the pipeline, is now tipped to hit the production line next month and will join HTC’s 7″ Flyer which runs on Android 2.4, released earlier this year.
Specs wise, no other details have yet emerged but fingers crossed its Puccini by name, and by nature with music specs to blow us away.
They must be busy over at HTC HQ.
