For the fourth consecutive year running, Samsung’s White Goods refrigerators have been voted number one for customer satisfaction in the United States.Based on the 2008 Kitchen Appliances Study conducted by J.D. Power and Associates, Samsung Side-by-Side and French door-style refrigerators hit the jackpot, ranking highest against major competitors for their innovative technologies and user friendly features.
The fridges performed particularly well in four of six categories: operational and features performance; ease of use; styling and feel.
