In addition to the Playstation Plus service, Sony also unveiled its new 3D games and confirmed the launch date for its PlayStation Move.”Stereoscopic 3D took its first steps into your home with the announcement that some of PlayStation’s biggest series unveiled will be compatible with the exciting new technology that will have you looking at videogames in a new way,” said the company.
Some of the title announced were: MotorStorm Apocalypse, Killzone 3, The Sly Raccoon Collection and Gran Turismo 5, Crysis 2, Mortal Kombat 9, Shaun White Skateboarding, Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, as well as Tron 2: Evolution The Game.
The company also reiterated that it already has a 3D Collection (Pain, Super Stardust HD, Wipeout HD, and MotorStorm Pacific Rift) pack available to download from PlayStation Store. Users can also expect stereoscopic 3D Blu-ray Disc movie support on PlayStation 3 later in 2010.
Sony’s PlayStation Move, which was unveiled a couple of months ago, will launch on 15 September 2010. The Move will come with over 16 dedicated titles for PS Move on its launch day and 40 more to arrive in the following months. Titles include Sports Champions, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11, Time Crisis: Razing Storm, as well as Toy Story 3: The Videogame.
