Logitech’s gaming arm, Logitech G, has announced its annual e-sports e-racing Logitech G Challenge, building on the company’s renewed partnerships with Fernando Alonso FA Racing and McLaren Racing.
The Logitech G Challenge is divided into four divisions: the USA, Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific (AP).
Each division will host online qualifiers and/or wildcard events in the coming months, with winners going on to compete in the respective Regional Finals.
The top two e-racers from each region will compete in the worldwide Grand Finals, with paid travel for themselves and a guest.
The overall winner will go on to represent Logitech G as a finalist in the 2019 McLaren Shadow Project e-sports competition, and be in with a chance to join the McLaren Shadow e-sports team.
They will also receive paid travel for themselves and a guest to the McLaren Technology Center in Woking UK, where the competition will be held.
Also available is the opportunity to join the McLaren Driver Development Program, and hone in driving skills.
