Priced at an RRP of $169, The Alloy FPS is a fullsize mechanical keybooard featuring a layout designed to minimize space and give you more room for mouse movement.
It touts a solid steel frame, Cherry MX mechanial switches and six preset modes for the sections of the board lit by red backlights.
According to HyperX’s Ann Bai, “Gamers who play FPS classics like CS:GO or other shooter games such as Overwatchwill appreciate the compact yet sturdy design.”
“After much researching and testing, we’ve developed a mechanical keyboard from the ground up to withstand the most intense gameplay while saving space that is vital for FPS gamers. With its solid steel frame, this Cherry MX Blue switch featured keyboard can take the stress of millions of key presses and more,” said Bai.
Like many dedicated gaming keyboards, it also features a Game Mode that disables the Windows key to prevent unintended interruptions.
The Alloy FPS also features 100% anti-ghosting and full N-key rollover capabilities – which is always a nice inclusion – and comes with a mesh travel pouch for easy transport.
