Measuring just 12mm X 32mm X 4.8mm in size, a new USB Flash Drive is only marginally larger than a standard sized paper clip, yet stores up to 8GB of data.

“It’s hard for most people to believe that something so small can store so much information – be it data, music, photos or video,” said Brie Quarmby, marketing communications executive for Imation.
“The Atom USB Drive readily clips to your phone or key chain making it easy to carry with you wherever you go, and it’s so small that you barely know it’s there.”
The Atom Flash Drive is compatible with the Windows Vista operating system and Windows Vista ReadyBoost technology, meaning the drive can be used to boost system performance by allowing it to act as an additional memory cache, which is memory that the computer can access much more quickly than it can access data on the hard drive.
