Hisense announced that its new LCD TVs in the V86 Series will have PVR functionality as well as MPEG4 and DivX functionality. The 32-inch HL32V86 is hitting stores this week followed the 42-inch HL42V86P in two weeks time.

The V86 models include a PVR function, allowing viewers to record live television through USB or HDD. In addition, both models also have an energy saving panel, touch control, teletext, swivel stand, and a three-year in-home replacement warranty.
The V86 models also comes with a built-in HD tuner, in-built speakers, parental controls, a child lock and auto backlight control, which adjusts the picture to suit lighting in the room.
The 32-inch model offers 1366 x 768 panel resolution while the 42-inch model has 1920 x 1080.
